Fontana Police Department Child’s Health and Safety Fair 2009
Saturday, September 19th is our BIG DAY!
The Fontana Police Department is excited about our 1st Annual Family Safety and National Preparedness Fair, formerly known as our “Kids Count” Child Safety Fair, sponsored by First 5 San Bernardino. We want to invite you to participate. Please mark your calendar now. The Safety and Preparedness Fair is scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2009 from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm. This event will be held in the parking lot located directly in front of the Fontana Police Department.
The purpose of the fair is to provide free disaster preparedness, health screenings, safety information and drug prevention services to increase awareness for families. Our goal is to bring the entire community together to promote all aspects of health, safety and preparedness. Local law enforcement agencies, health care providers (optometry, dental) and service organizations will be available to provide free health, safety and preparedness services to increase family awareness. We distribute over 25,000 flyers promoting the event throughout the Fontana Unified School District. In the past we have had over 1,000 attendees roam the fair and visit its many vendor booths.

Take I-10 W toward LOS ANGELES
Take the SIERRA AVE exit toward FONTANA
Continue North on SIERRA AVE
Turn RIGHT on UPLAND AVE( one block south of Foothill Blvd)

Turn RIGHT in FIRSTdriveway
From LOS ANGELES:
Take I-10 E toward SAN BERNARDINO
Take the SIERRA AVE exit toward FONTANA
Continue North on SIERRA AVE
Turn RIGHT on UPLAND AVE (one block south of Foothill Blvd)
